As the Chief Executive Officer and the second President of Celtech College, Dr. Renato P. Legaspi, Sr. has steered the institution since 1987 through a period of bold expansion and modernization—building state-of-the-art facilities, elevating academic programs in Maritime, Healthcare, Business, IT, and Technical-Vocational education, and cultivating international linkages for training, scholarships, research, and graduate employment.
Under his leadership, Celtech earned major milestones such as ISO 9001 certifications and consistent outcomes in licensure examinations, while strengthening the school’s mission to deliver affordable, values-driven, and globally competitive education.
