They assist in implementing research projects, guide faculty and students, monitor progress, and promote active participation in research within their department. Thus, the Departmental Research Coordinators assist in implementing and monitoring research activities within their respective departments, serving as a bridge between the director and the faculty.

Faculty Researchers. Faculty Researchers conduct studies aligned with the College’s research agenda. They develop proposals, implement projects, publish results, and mentor student researchers, while upholding ethical and scholarly standards in their work. Therefore Faculty Researchers are responsible for conducting scholarly research, publishing findings, and mentoring students.

They develop proposals, collect and analyze data, and present findings, contributing to the research culture of the College while fulfilling academic requirements. Thus, Student Researchers engage in academic research under faculty guidance, contributing to the College’s research output while fulfilling their course requirements.

Programs

It is an institutional research capacity building mechanism designed to create a pool of CELTECH College competent and conscientious researchers. This program has two components, namely, research and proposal writing training, and research coaching. The research and proposal writing training aims to encourage and guide researchers during the conceptualization and the initial stages in the conduct of research. Complementary to this, the research coaching aims to establish a system of guiding the researchers during the implementation of research projects.

It is an institutional mechanism that facilitates the use of research results for the benefit of identified stakeholders. This program includes the integration of research results in intervention; support to regional, national, and international paper presentations; research policy translation; and support to publication.
