Vision and Mission

Research in the College supports and enhances instruction and community extension services by fulfilling the following aims:

  • Develop an institutional research culture that is conducive, supportive, and motivating.
  • Extend professional competence and experience for both faculty and students.
  • Addressing the impact of research on policy, business, and community quality of life.

CReDe envisions itself to be at the forefront in research in the City of Pampanga and the Province of Zambales.

  • Generate research journals annually.
  • Guide students in conducting approved proposals.
  • Support data-based decision making for administrators.
  • Maintain technical standards for accreditation.

Organizational Structure

CReDe Org Structure
Research Director

Leads and manages the entire research program, ensuring initiatives align with institutional goals.

Research Coordinator

Serves as the link between the Department and CReDe, implementing projects at the departmental level.

Faculty Researchers

Scholars responsible for conducting studies, publishing findings, and mentoring student researchers.

Research Instructor

Guides students through the principles and methodology of research within the classroom.

Student Research Program

Research is an integral part of the curriculum for all Baccalaureate Degree Programs at CELTECH.

A mechanism designed to create competent researchers through writing training and technical coaching.

Integrates research results into interventions and supports regional/national paper presentations.

Oral Defense Protocols

  • Schedules are set by CReDe upon recommendation of the Adviser.
  • Defense must be conducted within college premises only.
  • Strictly NO GIFTS allowed during the conduct of defense.
  • Panel consists of a Chair (CReDe), Vice-Chair (Dean), Editor, and Statistician.
